Ingredients:
(one serving- multiply for more people)
1 Roma tomato
1 White part of green onion
1 Garlic clove
3-4 oz Chicken breast
1.5 oz Whole wheat pasta
Parmesan
Salt
Pepper
Crushed red peppers: If you like it SpICy!
Directions:
Sauce: Blend tomato, garlic, onion, salt, pepper(s)
Pasta: Cook according to package
Chicken: Lightly coat with olive oil, salt, and pepper (s).
Either pan fry or bake at 350 til cooked through
FInish- mix all together top with some paremsan cheese, and Enjoy!
