Apple cinnamon cottage cheese

Late night snack!
Small curd Non-fat cottage cheese (1/2 cup)
Sliced apple (Sweeter apples are better)
Sprinkle on some Cinnamon

Be careful because cottage cheese is higher in sodium.  That being said I think watching your sodium intake is soooo difficult!

  2. I agree! I also love some sprouted wheat toast, organic peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon on top :P

  3. Yum! I've never tried sprouted bread. I'll have to add it to my grocery list. My favorite late night snack is a cinnamon smoothie :) 1 cup milk, 4 ice cubes, sweetener of choice (I like to put dates in or stevia or agave), and a tonnnnn of cinnamon (I am talkin' like a teaspoon or more). Talk about antioxidants!

  4. You def should! O_O that smoothie sounds really good, and I think I have all the ingredients. Do you just use skim milk
